Shipping Carrier

All orders are shipped via PostNL, our trusted delivery partner within the Netherlands and the EU.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a PostNL tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Times

  • Netherlands: 1–3 business days

  • EU countries: 3–10 business days

  • Rest of the world: 7–15 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and PostNL’s current service conditions.

Shipping Costs

  • Netherlands: Flat rate of €4,95 (free for orders above €70)

  • EU: Calculated at checkout based on destination and weight

  • Outside EU: Calculated at checkout

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email containing your PostNL tracking link, allowing you to follow your parcel in real time.

Local Pickup or Hand Delivery

If you are based in Utrecht, you can choose local pickup or direct hand delivery (by appointment only). Select this option at checkout.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us within 7 days at [your email address]. We’ll open an investigation with PostNL and resolve it promptly.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
