At Bakti Superfoods, we believe you should feel good about what you put into your body — and about your purchase too.
If something doesn’t feel right, we’re here to make it easy for you.
That’s why we offer a 60-day no-strings-attached return policy on unopened products — in addition to your 14-day right of withdrawal under EU consumer law.
1. 60-Day No-Strings-Attached Returns
We want you to try Bakti Superfoods with confidence. If you decide it’s not for you, you can return your order within 60 days from the purchase date, as long as:

The product is unopened, unused, and unaltered.

The original seal and packaging are still intact.

The item is in resaleable condition.
To start a return, simply email us at [your email address] with your order number.
We’ll guide you through the next steps and share the return address.
Please note: return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless your order arrived damaged or incorrect.
2. Your 14-Day Right of Withdrawal (EU Law)
Under EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your online purchase within 14 days after receiving your order — no explanation needed.
Here’s how:

Return the items in their original, unopened condition within another 14 days.
We’ll refund your payment (including standard delivery costs) within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of shipment.
For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrived damaged, or you received the wrong product, please let us know within 7 days at [your email address].
Include your order number and a photo of the issue — we’ll make it right quickly, at no cost to you.
4. Refund Process
Once your return is received and checked, we’ll confirm it by email.
If everything looks good, your refund will be sent to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
If the return doesn’t meet our conditions, we’ll reach out with other options.
5. Before You Send Anything Back
Please contact us first — we’ll provide the correct return address and simple instructions.
Unannounced returns may not be processed.
